This summer our church focused heavily on evangelism. We had a Sunday school crusade, a youth drama, and evangelism blitzs--all successful with many first-time visitors!
Visiting children learn that God has a special plan for their lives
Youth drama offers hope to those who feel trapped in sin
Passing out tracks at a busy intersection in town
Waving flags to get cars' attention
Yes, that's me
Bro. Nini trying to give his testimony before the light turns green
Music practice
Church time
Altar
Bro. Nini, our friend from the Lambeth's church, preached
"Soul's must be sought; they won't come, they must be brought; they won't learn, they must be taught" (Johnny James). Soul winning requires hard work. Many people have said to me, "Wow, getting people to go to church in Brazil is way easier than getting people to come to church in America." I usually do not say anything to that, but I always think like this:

"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got" (Ron Wofford). Of course I am applying this to outreach, not to standards. So I say, if you look for them, you will find people all around you who are hungry for God, whether that be in America or in Brazil. We can make a difference in someone's life!
